Established in 1999 with an intake of 60 students, the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is committed to academic excellence, innovation, and industry-oriented education. The department offers well equipped laboratories, modern computational facilities, a departmental library and a Research Laboratory associated with Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University. With experienced faculty and an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach, the department provides quality education in emerging areas such as Embedded Systems, VLSI, Microwave Engineering, Satellite Communication, and Optical Fiber Communication, AIML, IoT & Industry 4.0 etc
Students benefit from excellent placement assistance, internships, industrial visits, expert lectures, hands-on workshops, and skill development through Edufunda, NPTEL, SWAYAM, and MOOCs. The department promotes innovation through ETESA, the Robotics & Automation Club, and the Basic Electronics & Communication Circuits Club, encouraging technical events, research projects, project competitions, and social activities to develop competent, industry-ready engineering professionals.
