Smart India Internal Hackathon 12/09/2026- Computer Department

The Ideathon was conducted on 12th September 2026 at the Computer
Department of S.S.V.P.S's B. S. Deore College of Engineering, Dhule. This
internal hackathon aimed to foster a culture of innovative thinking and
problem-solving among students across all branches and years of the college. It
provided a valuable platform for students to present their ideas and enhance their
confidence in solution articulation and presentation skills.
The primary objective of Ideathon was to identify and select talented student
teams from the college to participate in the upcoming Smart India Hackathon
(SIH) 2026. Unlike a competitive event, Ideathon served as an open forum for
students to engage with real-world problem statements sourced directly from the
Smart India Hackathon website and develop viable solutions.
Participation spanned 69 teams, comprising 414 students from diverse
departments including Computer, Mechanical, Electronics, Civil, Electronics &
Telecommunication, and Electronics & Computer Engineering, ranging from
first-year to final-year students.
