We are glad to announce that a total of seventy-one students from the Electronics and Electronics & Telecommunication departments of SSVPS’s Bapusaheb Shivajirao Deore College of Engineering, Dhule, have successfully secured job opportunities through campus placement. This achievement reflects the institution’s continuous efforts to provide quality education along with strong industry exposure to its students.
The selected students were from the final year B.Tech program and were offered opportunities through reputed companies based in Pune. These opportunities came in the form of internships, which, upon successful completion, will be converted into full-time employment as per company norms. The students will also receive stipends during the internship period, ensuring both practical experience and financial support.
From the Electronics department, thirty-three students were selected, while thirty-eight students from the Electronics & Telecommunication department secured placements. This remarkable accomplishment highlights the technical competence and dedication of the students, as well as the effective training programs conducted by the college.
The selection process was conducted in multiple stages, including a written test, aptitude test, and personal interviews. The entire process was carefully coordinated by the Training and Placement Cell of the college under the guidance of Training and Placement Officer Dr. Sagar More. Faculty members such as Prof. Amol Patil and Prof. Harshal Sangale also played a key role in guiding and supporting the students throughout the process.
The presence and encouragement of college authorities further motivated the students. Principal Dr. Hitesh Patil and Academic Dean Dr. Sangeeta Rajput were present during the selection process. Heads of departments, including Dr. P. S. Patil and Dr. Vinod Shinde, also contributed significantly to the success of the placement drive.
The management of Shri Shivaji Vidya Prasarak Sanstha, including Chairman Hon’ble Dadasaheb Subhashji Deore, and industrialist Hon’ble Vilasji Deore, congratulated the selected students and extended their best wishes for their future careers.
This achievement marks an important milestone for the college and showcases its commitment to shaping skilled and employable engineers ready to meet industry demands.
