One Day Faculty Development Program

A One Day Faculty Development Programme on “Personality Development” was successfully organized on 4th October 2025 at Bapusaheb Shivajirao Deore College of Engineering, Dhule (MS). The event was conducted under the guidance of Shri Shivaji Vidya Prasarak Sanstha and in association with Maharashtra Education Society’s Personality Development Center, Pune. The programme aimed to enhance the professional and personal competencies of faculty members, enabling them to effectively engage with students and foster a positive learning environment.

The session was led by the distinguished resource person, Mrs. Girija Likhite, Chief Coordinator at the MES Personality Development Centre, Pune. With her expertise and engaging approach, she provided valuable insights into key aspects of personality development, including communication skills, self-confidence, leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and time management. Her interactive methods, real-life examples, and practical activities made the session highly engaging and impactful for all participants.

The programme was conducted under the esteemed patronage of Hon’ble Dadasaheb Subhashji Deore (Chief Patron) and Hon’ble Dadasaheb Vilasji Deore (Patron). The event was efficiently convened by Prof. Dr. Hitendraji Patil, who ensured the smooth execution of all activities.

Faculty members from various departments actively participated and appreciated the initiative.
