AI Awareness Session Inspires Students at SSVPS Dhule

The Material Advantage Chapter of SSVPS, Dhule, successfully organized an engaging AI Awareness Session titled “How AI is Changing the Real World”, aimed at equipping students with knowledge about emerging technologies and their real-world impact.

The session was delivered by Mr. Anand Pathak, a seasoned Robotics Engineer with over 14 years of experience in defense and agricultural domains. Addressing the gathering, he introduced students to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on key areas such as robotics, computer vision, and machine learning.

Drawing from his professional journey, Mr. Pathak shared insights into practical applications of AI, including its role in advanced defense systems and innovative agricultural solutions. He also highlighted his contributions through innovation awards, patents, and work in missile technology, which deeply inspired the participants.

The session emphasized how Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries by improving efficiency, speed, and decision-making processes. Students were encouraged to explore AI-driven solutions and develop skills relevant to future technological advancements.

The event witnessed active participation from members of the Material Advantage Chapter along with students interested in joining the organization. Prof. Dr. S. D. Suryawanshi, Head Mechanical Engineering Department, Prof. Nikhil Deshmukh, and Vice Chairman Shashikant Mali played a key role in organizing the session.

The program successfully enhanced students’ understanding of AI and sparked curiosity about career opportunities in robotics and emerging technologies, making it a valuable and impactful learning experience.
